At our Salad Bar you’ll find classic items along with an amazing variety of creative, nutritious add-ons, that you just won’t find at other salad bars. Come and mix it up for yourself – we have baby greens, tomatoes, pickled vegetables like kimchi, housemade guacamole, quinoa, chia seeds, flaxmeal, dried fruit, and other gluten-, nut-, and/or dairy-free delicacies. We also serve hot cereals for breakfast, hot entrees for lunch, and yogurt and granola all day. Our Salad Bar is a reflection of our strict sourcing standards and attention to quality, we never use canned items and prepare all dishes inhouse daily.
Visit our butchers to find pasture-raised pork, grass-fed beef and lamb, and free-range chicken, sourced from trusted local farms in conditions that exceed conventional organic standards. We believe that raising animals humanely (and chemical-free) without added hormones or antibiotics guarantees a better life for the animals, a better meal for you, and a better deal for the planet. We purchase our animals whole and break them down in-house to ensure no part is wasted. Our absolute nose-to-tail philosophy can, from time-to-time, cause us to run out of the more popular cuts, but if you talk to our friendly butchers, they will be more than happy to recommend an excellent substitute.
We’ve found that the seafood supply-line in the US is a byzantine mess of gargantuan proportions. So each day, we offer a carefully-chosen batch of fish caught by small fishing operations according to sustainable fishing practices. Our local fishmonger’s standards far exceed those of third-party certifications you’ll see at chain grocery stores. Some of the exotic fish species we carry you might not have heard of before, but fear not! Our staff is always happy to answer any questions you might have and suggest the perfect fish or shellfish for any recipe.
Our juice and smoothie bar offers the most unique blend of our healthiest ingredients. Choose from our extensive menu or create your own. Super-power your juice with add-ons like (insert super foods) bee pollen, chia seeds, Fire Cider, and organic wheatgrass. View our Menu.
We only serve the best natural, organic, and sustainable foods, and the same is true for our coffee and tea. That’s why we proudly pour brews from our friends at No. 6 Depot in the Berkshires as well as Tea Pigs Tea. We offer Switchel and Grady’s Cold Brew on tap and per season, you’ll find iced tea and local hot apple cider. Pair your beverage of choice with sweet items from local makers: Croissants from Bien Cuit Bakery, Muffins and Scones from Ovenly, Brownies from Margaret Palca Bakes, Pies from Four and Twenty Blackbirds, and Cookies from the Good Batch.
Craft Beer & Hard Ciders
We have an extensive assortment of craft beers and hard ciders, curated seasonally by our market buyer, Andrew Kinczyk, who is always on the lookout for an amazing pint. Our mission is to bring you the best from local and international breweries so you can pick up old favorites and try one-of-a-kind bottles. Every preference and taste profile can be found, from a hoppy IPA or a deep porter, to a bright hefeweizen, robust stout, and fruity saison. We often carry limited-edition beers that are hard to find so visit our market often to see what’s new. We’re also happily accept special requests and case discounts.
